Plans and what they include
Hostme plans and which advanced features are only available on the higher plans (Grande).
Hostme is subscription-based. The core features (reservations, seating, guests, the online widget) are available on all plans, while some advanced features unlock on the top Grande plan. The subscription is managed in Administration → Billing.
Plans
The names speak for themselves — Italian for “small”, “medium” and “large”. What actually separates them is events and the set of advanced features.
- Piccolo — every event is paid for separately.
- Mezzo — one free event per month.
- Grande — five free events per month (beyond that, paid per event) and all the advanced features listed below.
What’s only available on Grande
| Feature | Section |
|---|---|
| Custom reservation and table statuses (adding/removing) | Reservations → Statuses & Workflows |
| Custom guest segments (“My segments”) | Segments |
| Custom email content, email block settings, branding, policies | Messaging |
| Preorders and custom order statuses | Ordering & Menu → Settings |
| Brand color and hiding the Hostme logo in the widget | Online Presence → Customization |
| Region-specific partner networks | Online Presence → Partner Networks |
| Custom analytics (“Custom”) — coming soon | Analytics |
| 5 free events per month | Events |
Features that require Grande are marked in the interface with a Grande badge — the setting itself is visible but unavailable until the plan is upgraded. Clicking the badge opens a description of the plan; the Owner and Manager are offered to go straight to plan selection from there. On the Grande plan itself the badges are not shown.
What requires an active subscription
Some sections require the subscription to be active (not paused):
- Campaigns and automations — creating mailings. A paid subscription is required: a trial period is not enough.
- Events — creating events. Any current subscription is enough, including a trial period.
